Please review the following policies before placing an order with Vinyl Vibes Custom Creations. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before work begins on any order.

Orders are not considered confirmed and materials will not be purchased or production started until full payment has been received.

Because many items are custom-made specifically for you, payments are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work on your order has begun.

CUSTOM ORDERS & DESIGN APPROVAL

Please provide all names, spelling, sizes, colors, wording, and other customization details carefully when placing your order.

When a digital mockup is provided, please review it carefully before approving it. Once you approve the design, you are responsible for any spelling, wording, sizing, color, or design details shown in the approved mockup.

Changes requested after approval may result in an additional charge or extended turnaround time.

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround time is approximately 3–4 business days after final mockup approval, unless otherwise discussed.

Turnaround times may vary depending on order size, product availability, holidays, special-order materials, or other circumstances.

If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order so availability can be confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be eligible for cancellation and refund before materials have been purchased and before work has begun.

Once materials have been purchased, a design has been created specifically for your order, or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Because our products are custom-made and personalized for each customer, all custom and personalized sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes, colors, spelling, wording, or other details that were provided or approved by the customer.

Please carefully review all order information before approving your design.

If we made an error or your item is defective or damaged, please contact Vinyl Vibes Custom Creations within 3 days of pickup or delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will work with you to correct the problem.

Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered are not eligible for replacement.

Slight variations in color, placement, or appearance between digital mockups and finished products may occur and are not considered defects.

PICKUP

Local pickup is available in Rocky Mount and Boones Mill, Virginia. Exact pickup details will be provided once your order is ready. 

You will be contacted when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders must be picked up within 30 days of being notified that they are ready unless other arrangements have been made.

Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you are unable to pick up your order within that timeframe.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available for customers who are unable to pick up locally.

A shipping fee applies unless otherwise stated.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before your order is shipped. Vinyl Vibes Custom Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of both the item and packaging.

PRODUCT CARE

Care instructions may vary depending on the item.

For custom apparel, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and drying on low heat or hanging to dry whenever possible.

Do not iron directly over printed or decorated areas.

Following proper care instructions will help extend the life of your custom item.

COLORS & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on a phone, computer, or other screen.

Product colors, brands, styles, and availability may also vary depending on supplier inventory. If a requested item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives before proceeding.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ITEMS

If Vinyl Vibes Custom Creations agrees to customize an item provided by the customer, please understand that customization carries some risk.

While every effort will be made to complete the item correctly, Vinyl Vibes Custom Creations is not responsible for replacing the value of customer-provided items in the event of an unexpected issue during customization.

FINAL POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order and submitting payment to Vinyl Vibes Custom Creations, you confirm that you have reviewed your order details and agree to the policies listed above.
